The Surgery Center Manager coordinates all administrative activities for the surgery center. Manager is expected to maintain a high degree of knowledge of regulatory requirements pertaining to ambulatory surgical centers. Manager oversees the full surgery center workforce in addition to managing the supply chain and the facility. Manager works closely with all administrative leaders in the organization and the full Medical Staff. The position requires exceptional organizational, communication, analytical, and customer service skills.
Bachelors degree with at least five years experience in a healthcare provider organization with at least two years in management. BSN or MHA and experience in ambulatory surgery center management preferred.
